Whisky Sour

We thought we’d go deliciously different and crafted this grown up little cocktail for you. It’s a fusion of ideas from the taste makers here at Coxy’s HQ, Irish Whiskey, Coxy’s Ginger & Honey liqueur & grapefruit, think Irish Whisky Sour.

Makes 1

25ml Irish Whiskey (blended is fine)
25ml Coxy’s Ginger & Honey liqueur
25ml Red Grapefruit juice
25ml Lemon juice
Ginger Ale (we used Fevertree)

Add the whiskey, Coxy’s Ginger & Honey liqueur and the freshly squeezed grapefruit & lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass, top up with ice cold ginger ale, you wont need much, garnish with a pretty slice of grapefruit and taste, add more lemon to taste for a really sour flavour.
