Coffee, Spiced Honey & Nut Porridge

Start your day the right way with this coffee infused porridge, this is super tasty, especially when topped with our Mighty Fine Nuts in Spiced Kent Honey. Don’t be tempted to use instant coffee this recipe deserves the full bean!

Makes 1 Bowl
Ingredients

60g Oats
125ml Milk
125ml Freshly Brewed Coffee
1tbsp Mighty Fine Things Nuts in Spiced Kent Honey

Method
Firstly make your coffee, stove top espresso, cafetière, aeropress, filter, however you prefer to brew yours, you need 125mls of freshly brewed coffee. Put the oats, milk & coffee in a small saucepan over a medium heat and stirring bring to the boil, turn the heat down and continue to stir as the porridge simmers and thickens. This shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes, when the porridge is thick and creamy, pour it into a bowl and top with Mighty Fine Things Nuts in Spiced Kent Honey.
