Coxy’s Kent Mule

Coxy’s twist on that classic The Moscow Mule. Reportedly invented in the early 1940’s by a Vodka distributor, it’s often served in a copper mug & always served with ginger ale or ginger beer.

Ingredients
25ml Vodka
25ml Coxy’s Ginger & Honey Liqueur
½ Lime
Ice
Fevertree Ginger Ale

Method
Add a generous handful of ice to a copper mug or a highball glass, squeeze in the juice of ½ a lime & add that to the glass too. Measure over the Vodka & Coxy’s Ginger & Honey Liqueur, then top the glass up with Ginger ale.
